Jaspreet came to Second Nature Swimming with Aquaphobia, a fear of water, and was suffering from crippling anxiety. Aquaphobia varies in severity from person to person so no swimming lesson will ever be the same for two people who suffer.

Each lesson is tailored to you and your experiences with water, the severity of your phobia and of course, what your ultimate goal is.
