When you click on the single classes, you will see the message “Add Another Class”. – Reserve all of the times you want before someone else books them.

I can’t find a suitable time?

Click ‘any instructor’ available and see what comes up. Try both options of 30 & 60 minutes for the adult classes.

What do you offer?

We deliver 1-1 & 1-2 lessons and the instructor is in the water with you. We focus on getting all clients safe and confident in water first so everyone can enjoy their holidays. We then build technique on top of these strong skills.

A highly qualified swimming coach who can be in the water with you.

Working towards specific goals and targets through specific skills.

Clear explanations and demonstrations.

Your instructor’s contact number to talk to them anytime you need.

Adult classes include access to the jacuzzi /sauna / steam room / lounge if you want to enjoy them before /after your class

Children’s classes include their badges & certificates which they receive every four months.

How many classes will I need in order to achieve my goal?

“Without Assessing, You’re Guessing”

After your first class your instructor will be able to advise an estimated class number of classes once they have seen you, conversed with you and observed your current ability.

How far in advance can I book?

The booking system opens up every 3 months for follow up lessons.

What if I need to cancel or rearrange?

Due to the high demand of swimming tuition, this is the cancellation policy:

All classes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All classes are non-refundable but can be transferred either to a different date and time (subject to availability) and/or a different person. – In this case we ask you to contact us to organise accordingly.

Any amendments to your booking (including any rescheduling) need to be made to your booking outside of the 72 hour Notice Period of your class commencing. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments if it falls inside of the 72 hour notice period.

What happens if the Swimming Instructor cancels a lesson?
In very rare circumstances, a Swimming Instructor may need to cancel a swimming lesson, due to the usual things like sickness or perhaps a personal matter – after all, they’re only human. As Instructors are self employed, and the pool rent time is already paid for, they will only ever do this if absolutely necessary. In this instance we will work with you to reschedule the lesson so you don’t miss out!
Are there any ways I can help myself to progress quicker?

Yes! Your instructor will give you skills and activities to practice in between your classes. But for now, check out our Top Tips post!
