Swimming Coordinator
The Swimming Coordinator will be a qualified Instructor and will take on the lead role for overseeing and the running of the swimming programme, in addition to delivering a number of classes per month in order to stay hot in the field and aware of what’s going on and what can be improved.
You will be part of a growing independent business and so we are looking for the go-getters, the ones with lots of initiative and strong interpersonal skills to be part of it all with us.

Swimming Instructors
Your role will be to deliver excellent 1-1 and 1-2 swimming classes to both adults and children in private health & fitness clubs. This will mean you will need an in-depth understanding of the swimming programme & progressions in addition to an outgoing & professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided. There is also opportunity to grow within the company with new projects and roles
About YOU
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

DBS Certificate and/or a safeguarding certificate
-
NRASTAC and/or a RLSS UK Pool Lifeguard qualification / RNLI Beach Lifeguard Qualification
-
ASA Level 2 Teaching or Coaching Swimming and/or STA Swimming Teacher Level 2

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience

You will be required to complete a swim test if you are invited for an interview, this involves demonstrating your ability to swim all four strokes, tread water and also complete the water safety skills to a high standard.
